Inter-War ranking does not necessarily change at the exact moment a building, research project or unit production finishes. Visible positions are based on statistic snapshots generated by the system.
How does it work?
If two players have exactly the same number of points in the compared category, the technical tie-break sorts by user ID ascending. With a perfect tie, the lower user ID therefore appears first.
What are the requirements?
A short delay should not immediately be treated as a point-calculation error. Wait for the next statistics refresh and then compare the visible result with the investments completed on the account.
What happens after the action?
Also pay attention to the selected category: total, buildings, research, resorts, fleet and defense are tracked separately. The same player can therefore hold very different positions across different tables.
When is it useful?
A ranking view is a comparison tool, not another source of points. Use it to inspect position and trends, but interpret the result together with the category, scope and moment of the ranking snapshot.
Common mistakes
Do not compare two different tables directly just because both order players. A different category can answer a different question, and a position in one list does not necessarily translate one-to-one into another.
