Alliance points in Inter-War come from the combined progress of its members. The system sums the total points of players who belong to the alliance and uses that value as the group’s score.
How does it work?
This is not a separate point pool earned independently from players. When a member increases total points through buildings, research, fleet, defense or other included categories, that contribution also increases the alliance score when statistics are recalculated.
What are the requirements?
The system also stores member count. Member count itself does not replace points, so a large alliance with many less-developed accounts does not automatically outrank a smaller but more developed group.
What happens after the action?
Because ranking is snapshot-based, a member’s point increase may not change the alliance position in the exact same second. For comparisons, use the data after the next ranking refresh.
When is it useful?
A ranking view is a comparison tool, not another source of points. Use it to inspect position and trends, but interpret the result together with the category, scope and moment of the ranking snapshot.
Common mistakes
Do not compare two different tables directly just because both order players. A different category can answer a different question, and a position in one list does not necessarily translate one-to-one into another.
