How does PvE station siege work?

A PvE station siege is a combat mission against a system-controlled target shown in Galaxy. The target is not a normal player planet, so its state and settlement come from the PvE system.

What exactly does this feature do?

Before attacking, use PVE Spy to gather fresh information and select a suitable fleet. Combat uses the active universe’s local ship and defense definitions so the result matches that world’s configuration.

How does it work in practice?

At dispatch and settlement, the server validates the current target, fleet state and mission availability. If the station is no longer active or has already been settled, an earlier screen view does not guarantee the attack will still be accepted.

What does the server validate?

Treat a station siege like a real combat operation: reconnaissance, simulation, fleet composition and fuel costs matter more than simply clicking the Galaxy action quickly.

When is it useful?

PvE is settled inside the active universe and uses that universe’s local ship, defense and combat definitions. Values known from another world should not be assumed to be identical. Inter-War resolves the encounter with the local catalog used by that universe.

What should you watch out for?

Before a PvE action, check the current target state, your fleet and active bonuses. A simulator can help with planning, but the real mission result is settled by the server.
